Ingredients
1 10-ounce log goat cheese, at room temperature
4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
Freshly ground pepper
8 small cocktail tomatoes (about 10 ounces), quartered
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Directions
Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a food processor, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, parmesan, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add pepper to taste and process until smooth. Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a 1-quart baking dish, piling it somewhat higher around the perimeter than in the center. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until brown and well cooked.
In the meantime, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the tomatoes, chives, vinegar, garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a medium bowl. On top of the dip, spoon the tomato mixture. Serve with slices of baguette.
